Currently produced on a small scale, it is Drop 'n Africa's long term objective to provide employment for the disadvantaged local communities of Southern Africa.Every Drop 'n Africa item includes an Africa shaped information card, which is, in effect, a fridge-magnet intended to bring awareness of the various fauna species of Southern Africa.Drop 'n Africa envisages a compliementary relationship with the various Wildlife bodies - the Wild Dog Project, the Rhino Project to name but two.When you purchase an item from Drop 'n Africa it will then be possible to track the details of your specie of origin for your souvenire. The benefit of this is to educate, with the added benefit to the Research projects for financial support through donations form the public through the Drop 'n Africa website and a percentage of Drop 'n Africa's product sales. Great care has been taken at all times to ensure the quality of each item. Handmade items will always have small differences in design, but a standard for each item is set. We take care to elaborate that no animal was injured in the production of these souvenirs. Each dropping has been treated with a chemical cocktail (including Carbo dust) prior to being encapsulated thus eliminating any contamination possibilities. The finished product is safe, unique and, undeniably, fun! We have fifteen species of faeces in our various items, including, inter alia, The Big Five! Currently we supply to various Curio outlets around South Africa, including Kwa-Zulu Natal Game Parks.
